I was impressed with the speed with which everything was done. My experience with Laurie and his team was favourable. I had no experience at all working with a mortgage broker and Laurie was very approachable, very patient with all my questions, returned my calls promptly, and took care of getting my documents to the bank immediately. Not to forget, he got me a rate that was 3% lower than what was offered to me by my lender -- where I have banked for 15 years! Kevin provided me with information and explained things in an easy to understand way and never left me to figure out things all on my own. The online application was a great time saver and user-friendly. I would strongly recommend this team to any friends or relatives who are in the market for a new home.
